Short Bio: I joined HOL back in 2005 things would be completely unrecognisable to anyone joining today. Ravenclaw used to have a galleons/sickles/knuts rewards system for posting in the forum you know! But alas, I kept forgetting I'd signed up for classes, and it wasn't until 2007 that I recognised the HOL for what it was - a brilliant place to meet lots of fascinating new people who will encourage you to grow in whatever ways you need to. I was extremely active in my first few months of activity, quickly becomming recognised as "the A-name girl", and I was a reserve prefect after several months. Won a load of awards, met a load of great people. In June of my first active year, I was offered the position of Prefect. Teaching began in second year, and I dabbled a little in quidditch, though due to RL was unable to participate in any matches. Unfortunatly, recently RL has got in the way a little as I went through the "getting into uni and actually going" process, and over this last year I was unable to keep up the responsibilities of the prefect position as I did not have enough time on my hands. Hopefully I'll be able to become more active again around HOL and Ravenclaw, because I do miss the time I used to spend here. But even if I don't appear active at any point, I'm always easy to get hold of if anyone needs anything :). HOL has been a huge part of my life over the last few years, and I couldn't have wished for anything better. In RL I'm a 19 year old student of Anthropology, with aspirations of being an author if I can ever stop procrastinating. HOL has been both a help and a hinderance to this - people are incredibly inspirational, but gosh can you procrastinate on IRC!

Short Bio: Pureblood European French-Italian witch employed in Spain as a quadri-translator in the International Affairs Department of El Ministerio de Magia del Reino Democratico de España. Apart from my regular duties in Hospitality, I form a part of a special sub-group that every summer is called in to deal with the thousands of raving drunk tourists from the world over who have splinched themselves on our lovely Mediterrranean beaches. Our pre-vacation season always involves laying in a mega-supply of Dittany Regeneration Potion. In 2005, I took advantage of the Continuing Education Program which El Ministerio offers in conjunction with HOL. I have broadened my horizons and put to practical use all the information and skills that I have learned from classes like Inpressionist Art, Forensic Science, Pet Care, Continental Drift, Code Breaking and Potion Brewing to hands-on activities such as wand-making, cooking, knitting and embroidery. Short Bio: I joined HOL in December 2007. I started out shy but I managed to earn my 5 quills and become a second year student. After a year of being almost unnoticed, in 2009 I decided that would change and started to get involved in more activities around HOL and the Roost. I applied to teach a class and was accepted!! I started participating in Summer Camps and also started meeting wonderful people!! That same year I applied for the PiT program and after an intense training (blame Alexia Riaper!) I became Reserve Prefect along with two amazing girls: Kyrie Adderholt and Sil Szilagyi! Unfortunately, after some time real life got in the way really hard and wasn’t able to accomplish my duties the way I should. Feeling that I was occupying a position I didn’t deserve I decided to step down, but I hope one day to make my come back and be part again of the high ranks of the prefects, I really miss it! In 2010, I applied to teach another class and was accepted again! Right now, I am not as active as I was last year, but I continue taking all HOL classes possible and earning almost perfect marks in them. Student Teaching is what I enjoy doing the most!! My time in HOL has been great and I’m so happy to be part of the history of this special place and of my dear Ravenclaw!

Short Bio: I 'found' HOL in about November 2007 and remember coming back almost every day to see if sign ups had opened early. I have always found that the classes are brilliant and admire those who can take the time to teach them and grade the work. I have always loved trivia and found the botting room pretty quickly although I never thought I was good enough to try out for RQT - everyone else was soooo quick! Finally I think Cassie took pity on me and asked me to play for her SQL team. I joined RQT the following season. I have met some amazing people and am really greatful that I have had that opportunity through HOL.

Short Bio: I joined HOL on July 9th, 2007, and soon after discovered the wonders of IRC and HOL Quidditch (I blame Cassie Lobiesk, that bratface). In the middle of my first year I became a reserve prefect, but stepped down from that oh so amazing role before the start of my 3rd year, the year in which I was made RQT's co-captain along with Kyrie Adderholt. I'm easily amused and easily excited, and I love laughing and being around friends. I'm a 16 year old from the lovely land of Israel (no sarcasm, honestly). Tomatoes freak me out completely. Cats are the best animals, ever - don't even argue with me about that. Batman > Superman, any day. I'm a geek, yeah. Robert Downey Jr., Johnny Depp and Alan Rickman are few of my most favourite actors ever. Dogma is my favourite movie. That's about it? Heh.
